Wow, what a week it's been! Isabella took her first steps! It won't be long and she'll be a walker:) She has also figured out how to climb up onto Savannah's toddler bed. Thankfully, it's very low to the ground, however, it's still a problem when she decides to stand up and teeter near the edge. HA!
Earlier this week we met up with some friends we made during Savannah's stay in Special Care as a baby. We met at the park where Savannah played with twins Chris and Rachel. Chris and Rachel are 3 days older than Savannah, and were preemies born at 32 weeks. It was pretty hot out, so we only stayed a few minutes and then went to McDonald's with the kids. It's fun to get together and see how much the kids have grown. Here's a pic of the three amigos:

GO BELLA GO! I think your appreciate first steps all the more when you are a preemie mom. Enjoy chasing her around :-)

Ya for walking! She's doing so much better than Ari... who took 4 steps 3 weeks ago, became so incredibly frightened that it took 10 minutes to calm her down and now we can't even get her to stand up... *sigh*
