Raising preemies is challenging, but their fragile beginnings make their milestones that much more rewarding to experience. Here we will chronicle the ups and downs of our growing preemies, as well as keep everyone updated. Isabella (2 years) was born 12 weeks premature at 28 weeks. Her sister, Savannah (3 years) was born 11 weeks premature at 29 weeks. Isaac, our oldest (6 years), was also our latest term preemie at 33+ weeks.

I'm commenting here instead of the post above, but I have to say... Holy Cow!! You have your hands full!! I am sorry you have two little girls that make it tough to make it through the night. It's been a year since I, too, made it through the night. Wait. Maybe I have had one night of complete rest... anyway, I know the day for both of us is not too far away when we can wake up one morning in complete amazement that NO ONE woke up. Then again, if you're like me, I'd think there was some waking up but I was so run down I didn't hear it. Hang in there - and Great Pictures.
Have a nice, peaceful Easter.
